“Private Equity Fund Accounting & Tax Treatment” Sharing Session was held in Beijing Fund Town on July 10th, during which the financial and tax experts from KPMG shared and communicated with institutions settled in the town.

Deng Wen, the Tax Manager of KPMG Beijing, shared contents relating to the tax treatment of partnership business and partners, the analysis on tax treatment of limited partnership funds and others on the topic “Tax Treatment – Focusing On the Limited Partnership Fund” with regard to related policies and regulations in China.

Guan Weiming, the Senior Financial Audit Manager of KPMG Beijing, gave a detailed explanation of questions on the topic “Accounting – A Brief Description of Control in the Consolidated Statement”, including an outline of merger guidelines, judgment of new single control model, etc.

Later on, both lecturers answered the questions asked by the settling institutions. Professional explanation and sharing of practical cases obtained a high reputation from the participants.
