Recently the Beijing Municipal People’s Government issued the “List of Key Tasks in 2025 Municipal Government Work Report”, which specified the economic and social development goals and key tasks for 2025. “Supporting the safe development of Beijing Fund Town” was once again included into the list of key tasks.

2025 is not only the ending year of the 14th Five-Year Plan, but also the critical year for laying a solid foundation for a good opening of the 15th Five-Year Plan. Beijing municipal government is deepening the implementation of Beijing Science & Technology Strategy, and boosting the construction of Beijing International Science and Technology Innovation Center to a higher level. The “List of Key Tasks” underlines the tasks of developing technology finance, encourages investment into start-up enterprises, small and medium enterprises and high-tech enterprises, spurs on long-term investment, promotes high-quality development of equity investment and venture capital, while supporting the safe development of Beijing Fund Town. This is also the fourth consecutive year that Beijing Fund Town has been included in the Beijing list of key tasks.

Guided by the new development concept, Beijing Fund Town has given full play to the demonstration effect of the national fund service standardization, and endeavored to build a high-standard fund service platform and form a “1+3+N” professional service system, aiming to support the safe and honest development of the fund service sector. Empowered by science and technology, it will continue to improve the service quality and efficiency, promote the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces, so as to better serve the real economy and boost the high-quality development of Beijing. As of January 31, 2025, Beijing Fund Town has provided services for 2,235 agencies in the fund service sector and related industry chains, which have cumulatively paid tax of more than RMB 10 billion.
