On the occasion of May 1, International Labor Day, the List of 2023 Capital Labor Awards, Medals, and Beijing Pioneer Workers was announced in Beijing. Luo Xiao from the Exchange Center of Beijing Fund Town won the "2023 Capital Labor Medal". As a national fund service standardization pilot site, Beijing Fund Town has won the honor for two consecutive years due to its accurate professional service fund institutions and industry development.

Over recent years, China's private equity fund industry has been thriving, playing an increasingly important role in catering to residents' wealth management demands, fostering the formation of innovative capital, enlarging the proportion of direct financing, and supporting sci-tech innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading. The qualitative improvement of the industrial standard level is a factor influencing the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.

The high standards in the industry lead the high-quality development of the industry in China. Over the past seven years, Beijing Fund Town's service team, represented by Luo Xiao, has made arduous efforts in the innovation course, promoted the building of the town into a national fund service standardization pilot site, and completed the formulation and upgrade of the national fund industry service standard system, including 54 national standards. The team has striven to build and operate a national Investor Education Center, and an exchange platform for the fund industry and a financial service platform for the real economy in line with the development trend of the industry in the new era. The team has also innovatively combined investor education with Party building, and carried out the Party building, exchanges, seminars and investor education activities together with industry-university-research institutions and fund institutions. So far, the team has built an all-media matrix to produce high-quality content and spread industry development concepts with integrity and security. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the team has opened cloud classrooms and anti-epidemic roadshows in time to improve the quality and efficiency of services online and offline. Up to now, Beijing Fund Town has carried out more than 1,000 activities, provided services for more than 5,000 fund institutions, and manufactured and distributed more than 190,000 investor education products, serving more than 76 million people.

Beijing Fund Town will carry forward the spirit of model workers, inherit the strength of role models, and establish accurate professional fund industry service platforms, in an attempt to build a national service standardization pilot site and Investor Education Center, prevent financial risks, serve the real economy and contribute to the development of the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector and the China (Beijing) Pilot Free Trade Zone ("Two Zones") in Beijing and the high-quality development of the fund industry in the new era.
