On December 23, 2020, with the joint support of Asset Management Association of China and Beijing Office of the CSRC, Beijing Fund Town held a Private Fund Industry Compliance Development Training Session in Beijing.
Compliance and integrity are the cornerstones of the healthy and sustainable development of the fund industry. During the training session, relevant persons in charge of Asset Management Association of China and Beijing Office of the CSRC made an in-depth interpretation on the business rules of qualified investors, fund raising, investment operation, information disclosure, etc. involved in the compliance management of private fund from the perspective of industry supervision. Combined with the key points of supervision and typical cases, the lecturer of Junhe Law Firm analyzed the main violations and legal determination related to private fund in detail and shared the compliance management experience of public fund.
